1. Agreement and Service Provider
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Sofnexa Technologies (“Sofnexa,” “Earnexa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Earnexa provides access to opportunities through which eligible users may receive virtual coins for completing specified activities. The exact opportunities, values, eligibility rules, and availability may change.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use Earnexa independently. If local law permits minors to use reward services with consent, you must be at least 13 and have verifiable permission from a parent or legal guardian. Earnexa is not available where prohibited by law or where our partners do not support the service.
You may maintain only one personal account unless Earnexa gives written permission otherwise. You must provide accurate, current information and use the service only for yourself. We may request identity, age, location, or payment verification before allowing access to certain features or processing a withdrawal.
3. User Responsibilities
- Keep account credentials and verification codes secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
- Provide truthful information and promptly update material account or payout details.
- Read and follow every activity’s instructions, eligibility requirements, deadlines, and partner terms.
- Use a normal, unmodified device and connection without automation, emulation, click farms, or deceptive tools.
- Comply with applicable law and avoid conduct that harms Earnexa, other users, or partners.
You are responsible for internet access, mobile data, compatible devices, taxes, and any third-party costs associated with your participation.
4. Rewards and Virtual Coins
Earnexa coins are promotional, limited-use units recorded within the service. They are not bank deposits, legal tender, cryptocurrency, stored value, or property outside Earnexa, and they do not earn interest. Coins cannot be sold, traded, transferred between users, inherited, or used outside the redemption methods we provide.
Displayed reward values may vary by user, location, device, partner, campaign budget, and time. A task is not complete until Earnexa or the relevant partner confirms valid completion. Pending coins may be delayed, adjusted, reversed, or rejected when requirements were not met, tracking failed, the provider rejected attribution, an offer was completed previously, or activity appears invalid.
Daily Bonuses, Games, and Promotions
Daily rewards, spin wheels, scratch cards, contests, and limited promotions may include additional rules, limits, expiration periods, or random outcomes disclosed in the app. Availability is not guaranteed. No purchase is necessary unless a specific partner offer clearly states otherwise, and you should not spend money solely to chase a reward.
Referrals
Referral rewards require genuine new users who register through your valid referral method and satisfy the displayed conditions. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, misleading promotion, unsolicited messaging, paid account creation, or manipulation can void all associated rewards.
5. Offerwalls, Advertising, and Surveys
Many opportunities are supplied by independent third parties. Those partners control their content, eligibility decisions, tracking, product terms, survey screening, and completion validation. Your interactions with them may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. Earnexa does not guarantee that any offer, app, game, advertiser, survey, product, or third-party service will remain available, function without interruption, or be suitable for you.
Contact Earnexa support with task details and available evidence if you believe a completion was not tracked. We may ask the partner to review the claim, but the partner’s verified attribution decision may be final.
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are available only after your approved balance reaches the minimum displayed in the app and you satisfy verification requirements. Supported methods, minimums, conversion rates, limits, fees, currencies, and processing times may vary. You must provide accurate payment information for an account you are authorized to use.
We may place a withdrawal under review, request additional verification, or delay processing to investigate fraud, security, partner reversals, sanctions, legal obligations, or payment-provider requirements. Estimated times are not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details, financial institutions, payment networks, holidays, or events outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for determining and paying taxes that may apply to rewards. Earnexa may collect tax information or report payments where legally required.
7. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud
You must not use bots, scripts, auto-clickers, emulators, VPNs or proxies to misrepresent eligibility or location, modified apps, multiple devices or accounts to repeat offers, stolen identities, fabricated information, click manipulation, ad blocking that prevents required completion, or any method intended to obtain rewards without genuine performance.
You must not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, introduce malware, bypass security, access non-public systems, exploit errors, or copy service content unlawfully. Attempting prohibited conduct is itself a violation, even if no reward is received.
8. Suspension, Reviews, and Adjustments
We may temporarily limit access, hold withdrawals, reverse coins, request verification, or suspend an account while investigating suspected violations, chargebacks, partner disputes, security risks, or legal requirements. We may consider device, account, network, behavior, payment, and partner signals. Where appropriate, you may contact support to request a review.
9. Termination
You may stop using Earnexa at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, fraud, risk to the service, legal necessity, prolonged inactivity, or discontinuation of Earnexa. To the extent permitted by law, invalid, fraudulent, expired, or unredeemable coins may be forfeited when an account closes. Valid records may be retained as explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
Earnexa, its software, design, logos, text, graphics, interfaces, and related content are owned by Sofnexa Technologies or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service as intended under these Terms. No other rights are granted.
If you submit feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
11. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Earnexa is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not promise a particular level of earnings, a continuous supply of offers, approval of any task, or availability of a specific withdrawal method.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sofnexa Technologies and its officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, or rewards; or third-party conduct arising from or related to Earnexa.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount of valid rewards paid to you during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Governing Rules and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Sofnexa Technologies’ principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact support and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve the issue. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
14. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, reward rates, partners, or the service. We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or security changes. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date, and material changes may receive additional notice. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
15. General Terms
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, or sale. These Terms and referenced policies form the entire agreement concerning Earnexa.
