Delete Account From the App
The quickest way to request deletion is through the account settings in Earnexa. Make sure you are signed into the account you want to delete.

Delete Account
Confirm
Deleting your account is permanent. Before confirming, withdraw any eligible balance and save any records you need. Unredeemed coins, pending bonuses, and account access may be permanently lost.
Alternative Method
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your Earnexa account. Include your account email or username, but never send your password or one-time verification codes.
For your protection, we may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. If you no longer control the registered email address, provide enough non-sensitive information for support to investigate safely.
What Happens to Your Data
Information Deleted
After verification and completion of the deletion process, we delete or de-identify information that is no longer required, including:
- Account and login profile
- Profile information and preferences
- Available wallet balance and unredeemed coins
- Referral profile and personal referral information
- Personal data not required for legal or security purposes
Data That May Be Retained
We retain limited records only where legally required or reasonably necessary, including:
- Withdrawal and payment history
- Legal financial and tax records
- Fraud prevention and abuse investigation logs
- Security and account-access logs
- Records needed to resolve disputes or enforce rights
Retained records are restricted to the applicable purpose and kept only for the period required by law, financial compliance, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate dispute resolution. They are not kept for ordinary marketing use.
Processing Time
Verified deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. Complex requests, active disputes, pending withdrawals, or legal preservation requirements may require additional time. We will contact you if more information or time is reasonably needed.
Backup copies may remain temporarily until overwritten through routine recovery cycles. De-identified information that no longer identifies you may be retained for analytics and service improvement.
