1. Overview
Sofnexa Technologies (“Sofnexa,” “Earnexa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a rewards platform that lets eligible users earn virtual coins by completing activities such as rewarded videos, games, surveys, app installations, offerwall tasks, referrals, and daily bonuses. This policy applies to Earnexa’s mobile application, website, customer support, and related services.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create or manage an account, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, username, profile image, country or region, date or year of birth where required, authentication identifiers, referral code, and account preferences. We do not collect your password in readable form.
Device and Technical Information
We may automatically collect device model, operating system and version, app version, language, time zone, IP address, network type, advertising identifiers, push notification token, device identifiers, browser type, crash data, and security signals. Where permitted, we may infer a general location from your IP address; we do not require precise GPS location unless a specific feature clearly asks for it and you consent.
Wallet and Transaction Information
We collect coin balances, earning history, pending and approved rewards, withdrawal requests, payment method type, masked payment details, payout status, transaction references, and information needed to investigate disputed or failed transactions. Payment providers may collect additional information under their own policies.
Activity and Usage Information
We collect information about offers viewed, tasks started or completed, game milestones, video completion events, daily bonus activity, referral events, clicks, session duration, screens visited, support interactions, and other events necessary to operate and improve the service.
3. Advertising, Offerwalls, and Surveys
Advertising
Earnexa may display rewarded or interest-based advertising. Advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, impression and click data, and conversion events to deliver ads, measure performance, prevent abuse, and determine whether a reward qualifies. You may reset or limit your advertising identifier through your device settings.
Offerwalls and App Offers
Third-party offerwall providers receive information required to present offers, attribute completion, validate eligibility, and prevent duplicate or fraudulent activity. When you open or complete a partner offer, that provider’s privacy policy also applies. Earnexa does not control information you submit directly to a third party.
Surveys
Survey providers may request demographic or opinion data to determine eligibility. Some responses may be collected directly by the survey provider rather than Earnexa. Survey responses may be aggregated or de-identified for research. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information unless the survey clearly explains why it is needed.
Analytics
We and our service providers use analytics to understand feature use, diagnose errors, measure retention, improve performance, and protect the service. Analytics may rely on cookies, SDKs, local storage, or similar technologies, subject to applicable law and consent requirements.
4. How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, personalize, and improve Earnexa.
- Create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and provide customer support.
- Track activity, verify task completion, calculate coins, and process withdrawals.
- Send service messages, payout updates, security alerts, and opted-in promotional notifications.
- Measure advertising and partner campaigns and resolve attribution disputes.
- Detect bots, duplicate accounts, manipulation, fraud, policy violations, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, and establish or defend legal claims.
Where required, we rely on contractual necessity, legitimate interests, consent, and compliance with legal obligations as our legal bases for processing.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption in transit where supported, monitoring, secure authentication practices, and fraud detection. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and verification codes confidential.
7. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the service, maintaining accurate financial records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type. Account and profile information is generally removed or de-identified after a valid deletion request, while withdrawal records, legally required financial records, fraud prevention logs, and security logs may be retained longer where necessary or required.
Backup copies may remain for a limited period until overwritten through standard recovery cycles. We may retain de-identified information that can no longer reasonably be linked to you.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You can update some information in the app, adjust notifications in app or device settings, and manage advertising preferences through your device settings.
To submit a privacy request, contact support@earnexa.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority.
Account Deletion
You can request deletion from Profile → Settings → Delete Account or use the instructions on our Delete Account page. Valid requests are generally processed within 7 business days, subject to records we must or are permitted to retain.
9. International Processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and require service providers to protect information consistently with applicable law.
10. Children’s Privacy
Earnexa is not intended for children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. Users must also satisfy the eligibility age in our Terms. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who are not legally permitted to use the service. If you believe a child has provided information improperly, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services, partners, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy with a new effective date and may provide additional notice for material changes. Continuing to use Earnexa after an update takes effect means the revised policy applies to your future use.
